2. Purchaser Qualification. By placing an order, the purchaser represents and warrants that they are a qualified researcher, affiliated with a recognized research institution, laboratory, or academic entity, and that all products will be used exclusively for lawful research purposes.

3. No Medical Claims. SunrisePeptide.com makes no claims regarding the therapeutic, pharmacological, or medical utility of any product. No product information shall be construed as medical advice or as an endorsement for human use.

4. Compliance. The purchaser assumes full responsibility for compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations governing the purchase, possession, handling, and use of research compounds.

5. Indemnification. The purchaser agrees to indemnify and hold harmless SunrisePeptide.com and its officers, employees, and agents against any claims, liabilities, or expenses arising from misuse of products or violation of these terms.

6. Payment. All payments are processed via USDC stablecoin on the Base Network. Transactions are final and non-reversible once confirmed on-chain. Buyers are responsible for ensuring correct wallet configuration and sufficient funds.

7. Governing Law. These terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Florida.

Data Collection. We collect information necessary to process your order: name, institutional affiliation, email address, shipping address, and wallet address. We may also collect information about your research use case for compliance verification purposes.

Data Use. Personal information is used solely for order fulfillment, account management, compliance verification, and communication regarding your orders. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.

Data Security. We employ industry-standard encryption (SSL/TLS) and security measures to protect your information during transmission and storage.

Blockchain Transactions. Payment transactions occur on the Base Network (Ethereum L2) and are publicly visible on-chain. No sensitive personal information is stored on-chain.

Shipping. Orders are processed within 1 business day after on-chain payment confirmation. All shipments are domestic (United States only). Cold-chain packaging is available for temperature-sensitive compounds. All packages are labeled "For Research Purposes Only — Not For Human Consumption."

Delivery. Standard shipping: 3–5 business days. Expedited shipping: 1–2 business days. Free shipping on orders over $200.

Refunds. Due to the nature of our products and the finality of on-chain transactions, refunds are only issued (as USDC) for items that are damaged in transit, incorrect items shipped, or products that fail to meet the Certificate of Analysis specifications provided.

Returns. Products may not be returned once shipped due to quality control requirements. Damaged shipments must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence.

Disputes. If you believe there is an issue with your order, contact Sunrisepeptide@sunrisepeptide.com within 48 hours of receipt with your transaction hash. All disputes will be handled promptly and fairly.
